In modern manufacturing, micro-alloying design (adding elements such as Nb, V, and Ti) and intelligent rolling technology are used to achieve weight reduction optimization while ensuring the pressure-bearing capacity of the tank plates. Before leaving the factory, they must undergo 100% ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, and other 7 quality inspection processes to ensure that the yield strength fluctuation value of each steel plate does not exceed 30MPa, providing reliable protection for key equipment such as large LNG storage tanks and hydroreactors.
