Product details
It is difficult to achieve a high-density heat sink with traditional extrusion technology. The skiving technology we developed overcomes this problem: first extrude the 6063 aluminum alloy substrate (F state), and then form the heat dissipation teeth through CNC skiving. This process increases the tooth height ratio by 50%, the metal utilization rate exceeds 95%, and there is no metal chip pollution. The current monthly production capacity is 1,000 tons, which is widely used in 5G base stations and industrial lamp heat dissipation, reducing the cost by 20% compared with assembled heat sinks.
