Product details
7075 aluminum alloy (T6 temper), with a tensile strength of 540-570MPa and a yield strength of 480-510MPa, is the core material for high-precision PCB fixtures. Its zinc-based strengthening phase (Zn-Mg-Cu) provides the structure with ultra-high rigidity, effectively resisting deformation caused by the high-frequency vibrations of SMT placement machines. Actual measurements show that compared to 6061 aluminum alloy, 7075 fixtures exhibit 42% less deformation under the same load and a 3 times longer lifespan, making them particularly suitable for high-pressure applications such as IC test sockets.
