Process Flow

  1. Blank Preparation: Use Q235 or Q345 carbon steel plates, cut by flame cutting / plasma cutting, control the blank size tolerance ±2mm, and ensure that there are no obvious burrs on the surface.
  2. Milling / Planing: Use a milling machine or planer to process the anchor plate surface, ensure flatness ≤0.5mm/m, remove the heat-affected zone of cutting, and achieve a roughness of Ra12.5μm.
  3. Drilling: Use a CNC drilling machine to drill holes according to the drawing positioning, with a hole diameter tolerance of H12, a hole spacing deviation of ±0.8mm, and deep holes need to be drilled in steps to prevent deviation.
  4. Edge Treatment: Use a chamfering machine to dull the edges of the plate (C2-C5) to eliminate stress concentration and avoid scratching the anchor bolts during installation.
  5. Surface Treatment: After sandblasting to remove rust to Sa2.5 grade, hot-dip galvanize (zinc layer thickness ≥85μm) or coat with epoxy primer to improve rust resistance.

Process Key Points

  • During processing, the workpiece needs to be fixed to prevent vibration, and thick plate drilling requires cooling and lubrication to avoid overheating of the tool;
  • Key dimensions (such as anchor bolt hole spacing) need to be positioned by tooling, and the first piece of batch production needs to be inspected three times (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection) to ensure accuracy.
