Product details
Special Tank Plate Coating System:
A 200-300μm composite coating is formed using PTFE-modified epoxy resin (60% solids content) combined with silicon carbide filler (15-20%), which can withstand alternating temperatures of -60℃ to 260℃ and a pressure of 10MPa. Salt spray life exceeds 5000h (ASTM B117-2025).
Extreme Condition Verification:
Application in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau oil pipeline in 2025 showed that the coatings adhesion retention rate is >90% (ISO 4624) under ultraviolet radiation of 2000W/m² + freeze-thaw cycles. Plasma-sprayed Al₂O₃-TiO₂ gradient layer increases wear resistance by 3 times.
