A molten zinc bath (Zn-0.2%Al) at 460°C is used, with an immersion time of 90-120 seconds, forming an 80-120μm coating. Pre-treatment requires three stages: degreasing (pH=12), pickling (15% HCl), and fluxing (NH₄Cl/ZnCl₂), ensuring a substrate surface tension ≤35mN/m.
Key quality control points:
The post-galvanizing water cooling rate must be >15°C/s to avoid the formation of the brittle ζ phase layer. Salt spray testing is performed according to GB/T 10125-2021, requiring 720h without red rust, and the adhesion cross-cut test must meet the ISO 2409 Class 0 standard.
