Digital pre-assembly is performed before hot-melt bonding of the membrane material, and an adjustable suspension system is used to achieve uniform distribution of membrane surface tension and avoid local stress concentration.
Dynamic Monitoring and System Optimization
Fiber optic sensors are implanted to monitor cable force and truss deformation in real time, and a hydraulic servo system is used to dynamically adjust the support axial force. An elastic node design is adopted at the cable-membrane interface, and ANSYS simulation is used to verify the collaborative deformation performance of the structure under wind load.
