Numerical control intersection line cutting technology ensures node processing errors ≤ 2mm, and MIDAS software simulates construction deformation, effectively controlling assembly axis deviation ≤ ±5mm.

Support System and Process Monitoring
A trestle-type steel support platform reduces assembly deformation, and temporary towers adopt a standardized modular design. A total station is used to monitor truss camber and node positions in real time. Welding shrinkage is compensated for through pre-assembly, ultimately meeting the specification requirements for main truss height deviation ≤ ±3mm.
