Spherical boiler heads are critical pressure-bearing components in pressure vessels such as high-pressure boilers and chemical reactors, widely used in the power and petrochemical industries. They use high-quality low-carbon steel plates as raw materials. During processing, they are first cut by CNC to ensure accurate blank dimensions. Subsequently, they are hot-stamped and formed, heating the steel plate to a specific temperature and then pressing it into a spherical curved surface using molds, so that the internal stress of the material is evenly distributed, improving the overall pressure resistance. After forming, the edges are precision-machined by CNC lathes to ensure sealing and docking accuracy with the cylinder. Finally, surface sandblasting and rust removal and pressure resistance tests are performed to ensure stable operation in high-pressure environments and provide reliable end sealing for pressure vessels.
