Product details

Due to their uniform stress distribution, elliptical heads are commonly used in industrial steam boilers, hot water boilers, and other equipment, making them suitable for industries such as heating and food processing. During processing, boiler-specific steel plates are selected and laser-cut to obtain elliptical blanks. Cold spinning is then employed, using CNC spinning machines to gradually roll and press the blanks, uniformly deforming the material into an elliptical curved surface, avoiding changes in material properties caused by hot processing. Subsequently, the interface is processed using an edge milling machine to ensure welding accuracy with the boiler shell. Hydrostatic testing is also performed to check the sealing performance, ensuring efficient heat transfer under medium-pressure conditions and meeting the stable energy supply needs of industrial production.
