This is followed by the finishing stage, where the core process is milling with large CNC milling machines. This is used to precisely machine mounting surfaces, bolt hole positions, and various slots, ensuring proper fit and assembly accuracy when connecting to the main machine. All connection holes must be drilled and tapped to ensure accurate positioning and thread strength.
Finally, surface treatments such as shot peening may be performed to relieve stress, clean the surface, and prepare it for coating. The entire machining process is closely focused on improving the products service life and operational reliability, with each process directly related to the final performance of the shovel blade.
