Product details
Before installing a rotary steerable stabilizer, calibrate the tools azimuth to ensure the steering mechanism aligns with the planned trajectory. Control weight on bit (WOB) and RPM during deployment, and adjust the toolface angle through real-time monitoring to extend the wellbore along the target direction.
During operation, dynamically correct the trajectory using measurement-while-drilling (MWD/LWD) data to avoid overcorrection. After completion, inspect the tool for wear, clean the mud channels, and record the steering parameters for reference in subsequent well sections.
