Optimization of tubesheet cladding process using twin-wire submerged arc welding with a transition layer (E309L) + corrosion-resistant layer (E347). Controlling heat input between 12-18kJ/cm can reduce dilution rate to <8%. Maintain preheating temperature at 120-150℃ and interpass temperature ≤180℃ to avoid σ phase precipitation.
Introducing laser cladding pre-placed alloy powder technology increases cladding efficiency by 40%, and thickness deviation is controlled within ±0.2mm. Post-weld solution treatment at 1060℃×2h is required to eliminate residual stress.
Optimizing the groove design (70° V-groove) through TOFD inspection reduces the defect rate from 3.2% to 0.5%, making it suitable for high-pressure equipment such as hydroreactors.
