Product details
High-temperature tubesheet heat treatment requires normalizing + tempering to eliminate welding residual stress and stabilize the microstructure. A typical process involves normalizing at 900-950℃ for 2h, followed by tempering at 620-680℃ for 4h, ensuring a hardness ≤ 225HB.
Key control points include a heating rate ≤ 150℃/h, laminar flow cooling, and multi-point temperature measurement with thermocouples. Chromium-molybdenum steel tubesheets require an additional hydrogen removal treatment (300℃ × 2h) to prevent cold cracking.
