Product details
Extreme pressure gear oils (containing S/P additives) form a chemical reaction film at high temperatures to prevent welding of gear tooth surfaces. Viscosity selection and additive packages are tailored to specific operating conditions (such as shock loads). Oil jet lubrication and oil mist lubrication are commonly used methods for high-speed gears, with oil temperature controlled ≤ 80℃.
