Product details
RC type bucket teeth are rock bucket teeth designed specifically to withstand high-strength and high-abrasion conditions. Their excellent impact resistance and wear resistance enable them to effectively handle hard materials such as hard rock, blasted ore, and extremely wear-resistant minerals. These teeth are particularly common in mining operations (such as iron ore and stone quarries), rock crushing operations, and hard rock excavation in large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
In the manufacturing process of RC type bucket teeth, in addition to basic casting (such as investment casting or sand casting) and the crucial heat treatment (quenching and tempering) processes, machining is a key step to ensure installation accuracy and operational reliability. After casting and heat treatment, the tooth blank needs to be precisely machined with holes for the installation pins through a drilling (or punch pin hole) process. This pin hole must precisely match the connection point on the tooth seat to ensure that the tooth can be securely installed with the pin and stably bear the force during operation. In addition, depending on the design requirements, some parts of the tooth may be ground or deburred to meet the final shape, size, and surface quality requirements.
