After casting, a rigorous quenching and tempering heat treatment process is essential to ensure the cutting edge has sufficient hardness and wear resistance, while maintaining good toughness in the tooth body root to withstand impact forces during operation. After heat treatment, the critical machining process focuses on the area where the tooth connects to the adapter. Drilling and other processes are used to precisely machine the mounting pin holes, ensuring a secure and accurate fit with the adapter via the pin, which is a crucial step in determining the working stability and ease of replacement of the tooth.
