6063 Aluminum alloy is extruded at a high temperature of 520-540℃, suitable for complex fin designs (fin height ratio ≤ 10:1). By using a porthole die and slow extrusion process, the problems of skewed and broken fins in high-density fin heat sinks are solved, and mass production efficiency is increased by 30%. Key process parameters:
Casting Control: Si 0.44%-0.48%, Mg 0.55%-0.58%, reducing impurities and porosity;
Air Cooling Quenching: Reduce the material temperature to below 250℃ within 1 minute to avoid deformation;
Age Hardening: Hold at 190-195℃ for 3 hours, tensile strength ≥ 250 MPa.
Economics: The cost is 20% lower than CNC machining, and the monthly production capacity exceeds 1000 tons (Yongyu Aluminum).
