Rotary Forging Process Optimization: DEFORM software is used to simulate the rotary forging process. By simulating reheating and controlling die reference points, the uniformity and precision of metal deformation under high-frequency loading are improved.
Closed-Die Forging Application: Horizontal parting and bidirectional extrusion forming are used to optimize the fiber flow direction of the cross shaft forging, reduce metal flow dead zones, and improve die life and forging quality.
