Product details

The steel enclosure for industrial CT scanners is used in high-precision industrial CT scanners and computed tomography (CT) scanners. Low-carbon alloy steel plates can be selected, numerically controlled cutting is used for blanking, and welding robots are used for welding to ensure the structural strength of the enclosure. The inner wall is lined with lead plates to achieve radiation protection, and the outer wall is sandblasted to remove rust and then electrostatically sprayed to improve corrosion resistance. The observation window of the enclosure is made of radiation-proof glass, which is embedded through CNC edge grinding and sealing strips, balancing detection visualization and safety, and ensuring the stable operation of industrial CT in a suitable environment.
