Friction stir welding eliminates oxide layers (Al₂O₃/MgO);
After aging treatment at 180℃ x 10h, the tensile strength reaches 170 MPa (106% of the base material);
Fracture location is in the heat-affected zone, exhibiting ductile fracture.
Defect Control: Pre-weld alkaline washing and sandblasting treatment to reduce the risk of lamellar tearing.
