Pipe Truss Material and Processing Control:
Strictly select steel pipe materials that meet national standards. When heating and bending pipes, the temperature should not exceed 800°C and the number of heating times should be ≤2 to avoid deterioration of the mechanical properties of the steel. Use CNC intersection cutting for prefabricated nodes in the factory to ensure the accuracy of the end faces of the members. Set up vertical supports during transportation to prevent lateral deformation.
Pipe Truss Construction Process Management:
Use multi-point balanced lifting during hoisting. The temporary support spacing should be ≤6m. Install transverse connections synchronously, and the number of uninstalled segments should be ≤1. Use the pumping and jacking method for concrete pouring, set up vent holes in sections, and perform continuous operation to prevent voids inside the pipe.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
After installation, use a laser plumb to check the axis deviation. The allowable error should be ≤L/1000 (where L is the span). Regularly check the connection status of the toothed plates. If the gap exceeds the limit, fill it with metal shims and fix it with threaded nails.
