Product details
Optimization of anti-corrosion coating process for pipe trusses requires attention to substrate pretreatment and multi-layer coating. Sandblasting is used to remove rust and achieve a surface roughness of 50-80μm, ensuring coating adhesion ≥5MPa. Epoxy zinc-rich primer is selected to enhance corrosion resistance, and polyurethane paint is used as the topcoat to improve weather resistance. The total dry film thickness is controlled at 200-250μm. Airless spraying is preferred during construction, which improves efficiency by 3 times compared to manual brushing and reduces paint waste.
For complex parts of pipe truss nodes, manual touch-up and reinforced coating design are adopted to ensure no missed coating at welds and bolt connections. The optimized coating passed 3000 hours of salt spray testing without corrosion, extending the anti-corrosion life to 8-10 years. During construction, it is necessary to control the ambient temperature at 15-25℃ and humidity ≤85% to avoid paint film defects. At the same time, modular and zoned operations are adopted to reduce the impact on the structural installation progress.
