Product details
The hydraulic jacking construction of the 150,000 m³ crude oil storage tank adopts a distributed hydraulic system, equipped with 32 synchronous jacks of 500 tons each (stroke error ≤ 0.5mm), and achieves precise synchronous jacking at a speed of 0.8m/h through PLC control. Before construction, the tank bottom plate welding (radial weld spacing ≥ 200mm) and the first ring of shell plate assembly (verticality deviation ≤ 1.5‰) must be completed, and a ring-shaped wind-resistant ring (spacing ≤ 3m) should be set to enhance structural stability.
The jacking process adopts the "three synchronizations" control principle: 1) Hydraulic system pressure synchronous fluctuation ≤ ±2MPa; 2) Tank level deviation ≤ 3mm; 3) Shell plate weld stress monitoring ≤ 0.8fy. After each 1.5m of jacking, the operation is suspended to perform the next ring of shell plate assembly welding (longitudinal seams staggered by 1/3 of the plate length). Laser rangefinders are used throughout the process to monitor the tanks ovality in real-time (deformation ≤ 0.3%D).
This technology reduces the construction period by 40% and labor costs by 60% compared to the traditional normal installation method. Application in a certain project shows that the total jacking time for a 150,000 m³ storage tank is 72 hours, the maximum tank displacement is only 2.3mm, and the first-time welding qualification rate reaches 99.2%, which meets the requirements of API 653 and GB 50128 standards.
