The main body of the high-precision CMM protective enclosure is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel sheet, laser-cut by CNC, and formed into a double-layer reinforced rib frame through multiple bending processes, increasing rigidity by 40%. Key load-bearing areas are embedded with 10mm aluminum profile support rails (extrusion molding process) and equipped with shock-absorbing feet. The dark gray electrostatic powder coating on the surface has both scratch resistance and anti-optical interference characteristics. A key process highlight is that the bending process simultaneously completes the positioning of the guide rail mounting surface, reducing secondary assembly errors. The internal cable management trough is formed by one-time stamping, avoiding iron filings from interfering with precision sensors. It is compatible with various optical measurement platforms.
