40Cr steel, after quenching and tempering, achieves a hardness of HRC 25-32 and a tensile strength of ≥980MPa, while costing only 1/5 of titanium alloy. It is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as AGV chassis joints. Through medium-frequency quenching, the surface hardness can be increased to HRC 55, improving wear resistance by 200%. In automotive manufacturing robots, it can support a 200kg load for 10,000 hours of continuous operation without deformation.
