Product details
Carburizing and quenching (layer depth 0.8-1.2mm), induction hardening (localized hardening), and nitriding (minimal deformation) are the three main processes. Controlled atmosphere carburizing furnace temperature control accuracy is ±3℃, carbon potential control is ±0.05%, ensuring the uniformity of the hardened layer. Retained austenite control is <15% to avoid early pitting.
