Stress changes should be monitored in real-time during transportation to ensure no damage to the members.
Before on-site assembly, a high-precision jig frame needs to be built, and nodes should be positioned according to a 1:1 layout. A total station is used to calibrate the chord axis. Temporary supports are set up to adjust height differences during segmented lifting, and millimeter-level docking is achieved through ear plate positioning. The welding sequence follows the principle of extending from the middle to both ends, and final acceptance is performed through UT flaw detection.
