In shale gas horizontal well operations, a rotary steering system equipped with double-row roller centralizers, through optimizing blade angles and wear-resistant coatings, extended tool life to over 800 hours, effectively controlling borehole trajectory deviation within 3°.

An offshore oil field used expandable centralizers in conjunction with a liner hanger to achieve a 97% casing centralization rate in a high-temperature, high-pressure environment. The excellent rate of cementing quality reached 90%, significantly reducing the frequency of subsequent workovers.
